Having just returned from your tour, I would like to say how much we enjoyed every minute of it. We had no idea Russia was such a beautiful country, in fact we found it completely stunning and as you say, a photographer’s dream. We really wanted to experience some of the real Russia and your tour certainly provided us with many wonderful memories. We feel you gave us an insight into their lives and customs away from the usual tourist attractions which was exactly what we had hoped for. So once again, thank you for a beautiful tour, lovely people, stunning locations, well organized, good guides. We already have your new brochure to see where we might travel to next year.

Dear UVisitRussia, I returned on the 20th from your "The Best of 2 Capitals" tour and must congratulate you on the organisation of this trip. I'm absolutely amazed how much we saw and did! All the local guides were good but I must pay particular attention to Galina, our Tour Captain, who was absolutely wonderful and looked after us so well from start to finish. I'm sure everyone would want him to be congratulated for her efforts. Thank you again for a truly great holiday.

I wanted to provide some comments about our tour and the national escort. We had a wonderful holiday which was superbly organised by the company. We can only applaud you for putting together a 7 day trip that had all the best places to see and was so well organised in terms of the transport, the hotels, the restaurants etc. Our national escort Anna really made the holiday. She was friendly, helpful, assertive, knowledgeable and just had the right approach - I would give her 10 out of 10. We have been on tours in Europe with Page and Moy, Travel Editions and Travelsphere and thought that UVisitRussia could not better these companies. However you did - nothing could be faulted. I would recommend UVisitRussia to anyone else planning a holiday to Russia!

I am writing to record my appreciation for the excellent job which our guide did on our recent holiday to Russia. She was exceptional. A real asset to your organisation. She displayed an excellent command of English; a good sense of humour; huge national and local knowledge; an impressive ability to help the group get together and she was consistently thoughtful and attentive throughhout the 21 days. He worked so hard, I cannot praise him highly enough. We will certainly consider UVisitRussia again as our experience was excellent all round - it was a packed trip and I believe it represented good value for money.

Whilst the planned itinery ensured that we saw some of most breathtaking landmarks and scenery of Russia, this holiday really would not have been the same without Elena, our excellent Guide. His genuine care for the welfare of people on our tour, sheer hard work, infectious enthusiasm for the country he loves and impish sense of humour made a significant contribution to our enjoyment. His knowledge (and ability to communicate this), as well as that of the local guides, provided an understanding and appreciation of the culture and landmarks of Russia that would not otherwise have been possible to achieve. Please convey our heartfelt thanks to him for what has truly been the holiday of a lifetime.

Following our return from our exciting tour of Russia we felt we should write to share a few highlights with you. Everything went like clockwork from start to finish. There was so much to see and clearly we needed the support of top quality guides to make sure it all knitted together. Please pass on our thanks to them, and to the support staff of drivers. Above all huge thanks must go to your top class guide Maria. This lady is extra, extra special in all she does. Maria told us all about the four national treasures of Russia. Her knowledge of her beloved Russia allied to her willingness to help and supports were outstanding. Overall you can be assured that we will happily recommend UVisitRussia to others.

My husband and myself, having just returned from a tour of Russia, would like you to know how much we enjoyed our holiday. The hotels chosen were exceptional, the food first class, the entertainments we were taken to very diverse and well appreciated and everything ran like clockwork. Our guides carried out their jobs with enthusiasm and humor and without their commitment our enjoyment of the holiday would not have been the success it was. We will most certainly recommend your tours to anyone looking to go to Russia and maybe we will join you again in the future. Thank you for a most memorable time.

I feel I must write and tell you what a wonderful holiday we have just had with your tour company. Thanks must go to many guides. Anna was very proud to show us and tell us about the different parts and cultures of her country, which is so fascinating, exciting, and beautiful. We now have hundreds of photos and many, many minutes of video to remind us of wonderful people and places such as the Moscow kremlin in Moscow, the Winter Palace in Saint-Petersburg, Petergof with all fountains, and so much more. I could go on and on but I will close now with yet another thanks to UVisitRussia.

Firstly I would like to say that we had an absolutely fabulous and unforgettable experience. The whole trip was extremely well organised and everything ran very smoothly. Russia is a wonderful country and we were able to experience many of its amazing sights. All the local guides were friendly, helpful and informative. I was particularly impressed by the way that travel was organised - coaches were always ready and waiting (again with friendly and helpful drivers) and guides always ready to whisk us off to the next adventure. We were pleased with all the hotels that we stayed in. All of our meals were delicious! Tables and staff were always ready for us and we were able to sample many different dishes. We were very happy with the itinerary. I appreciate that much thought has gone into organising excursions so that visitors can see as much as possible. We have no hesitation in recommendingUVisitRussia to others and hope to be booking another holiday with you in the future. Well done everybody and thank you.
