House of Scientistof of Akademgorodok
House of Scientists of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy was opened in 1967 and has since remained the main focus of public communication Novosibirsk Akademgorodok. The building has a large number of different rooms. Library, restaurant, conference rooms and concert houses housing allow scientists to conduct extensive activities in the field of culture, science and politics. Akademgorodok residents enjoy visiting games and ballet gyms and after workouts like to relax under a spreading crown of ficus in Winter Garden, located on the first floor. House of Scientists built from clay bricks and has quite a "Soviet" look. |
