Krasnoyarsk embankment is located on the left bank of the great and mighty Yenisei River. It is also called Dubrovinsky Street. It is easy to get to the pedestrian street - practically all the roads of the city lead to it.

Accomplishment of the embankment in Krasnoyarsk began in Soviet times. Prior to this, it performed the main and only function of the berth. Passengers and cargo ships pestered to the shore. Ramps for descent to the ground were the most common wooden. In case of bad weather, it was difficult to come out clean.
