My wife and I have recently returned from an amazing holiday organised by your company. It has been a real adventure and an experience we will never forget. From start to finish it was marvellous. We flew to Moscow to start the Best of two capitals tour, what a treat awaited us. Our whole experience in Russia was amazing, we had an outstanding national guide Olga who was very informative and her organisation was first class. The organisation from start to finish was outstanding, your offices and support lines were very helpful in sorting things out for our stay in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, everything went wonderfull. When we arrived in Russia we were met by the guide Olga who told us that we were her family for the duration of our stay in Russia. We can assure you that she could not have looked after us better if we were her family! We have travelled world wide but without doubt this young woman is outstanding and truly made our tour through Russia the amazing experience it was. We saw many things throughout our trip and would congratulate you on the balance of the tour. We felt that we saw a cross section of all the countries we visited, we saw all the main attractions as well as some rural village life. The ballet and opera shows, both inclusive and optional were very good. The ballet evening in Saint-Petersburg was the highlight of our 1st visit to Russia and we will never forget how wonderful it all was.
Hoping to return one day!

Just a note to thank you to UVisitRussia for providing me with the most fantastic tour of Russia. I have been back home for just over a week and had time to reflect and can think of nothing that could have been done better. All my contacts with you and others in the London office gave me the information and service I had sought quickly and efficiently:Guide Elena in Moscow was the best I have ever met in many years of travelling, she was equal to all situations with the greatest of apparent ease, no praise of her would be too great and the guide Anna in Saint-Petersburg was also excellent.
Furthermore I would like to thank you very much for the excellent, professional and very kind service of you/your company concerning the management of the tour! I never experienced such a good service concerning things like this ...and it merits to be mentioned.

We would like to say how much we enjoyed this tour enhanced particularly by our Guide Maria, who throughout the 7 days we were with her engendered a good-natured, humorous, well-run atmosphere amongst our group. Without exception, everyone respected, liked and became extremely fond of her. The tour organisation, scope and execution were excellent and ticked all the boxes in terms of information and enjoyment.
I'll recommend you for my friends.

We would like to convey our sincere thanks to UVisitRussia for a most enjoyable week on what was our first visit to the Russian mainland. The hotels and organisation were first class and our evening entertainment organised locally were excellent. Thankfully our Local and National Tour Guides were on hand to ensure that for our part the tour went like clockwork and any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently at all times. Their sense of humour, patience and professional attitude were exemplary and a credit to UVisitRussia.
Dealing with you was great. I'll recommend your office; actually, I did already.

We went on the The Best of 2 Capitals tour and had a wonderful time. Thanks to our brilliant tour guide (Anna and Maria). Both were always smart, cheerful, very knowledgeable, and looked after the whole group unreservedly. They made sure we were all always happy and safe. Everything was timed perfectly and nothing was too much trouble. I can understand why UVisitRussia has such a good reputation - it's well deserved.
We enjoyed every minute to meet nice people, see beautiful castles, clean streets, nice stores and not to forget the fantastic pastries.

We enjoyed the experience of being in Russia for the New Year very much. We thought the tour was very well organised and the itinerary was just right for us. The group was small enough to know everyone yet enough people to make it interesting. We learned so much about Russia life and culture from the guides, and were very impressed by their knowledge and enthusiasm. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We are intending to book another tour with UVisitRussia for next year!
By the way: St.Petersburg is a beautiful city, more than worthwile to visit!
Thank you very much for your service
