If you find a lower price within 72 hours of booking your tour, we will credit or refund the difference between the two tours. Our Low Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

All Low Price Guarantee claims must be made via our contact form or by phone within 72 hours of booking your tour on our website. The lower rate for the tour must be listed on the website and be a current sale when you contact us about your claim, as determined by the customer service team. Include your reservation number, along with a link to the other tour that you are claiming is listed at a lower rate. Our customer service team will verify all Low Price claims and will refund or credit the difference owed.

All Low Price Guarantee claims are only valid for the same tour itinerary, which includes, but is not limited to, being exact in the following areas: specific class/standard of service), hotels used during the tour (including room type and hotel standard), applicable refund policy associated with the tours, the dates and times of travel/service must be an exact match, as booked through UVisitRussia.com. In addition, you must meet all requirements imposed for receiving the lower price on the tour (if any), including and without limitation: residency, regional restrictions, age limits, or other requirements, as listed on the tour webpage.

All comparison rates must be available to the general public and must be easily found online. The Low Price Guarantee applies only to the prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website. Membership rates, corporate discounts, group or charter rates, customer rewards programs, incentives, conventions, consolidator discounts, interline prices, prices obtained via auction or similar process, or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public and any other similar rates are not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. All rates must be clearly listed on the competitor's website to be eligible. The rate must also be quoted, booked, and paid for in US dollars or Euros.

All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by UVisitRussia.com. UVisitRussia.com will not accept screenshots or other supposed evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by our personnel. UVisitRussia.com will not verify any request that is a result of one of the following: a printing or other error, is made fraudulently or in bad faith, or a request that does not meet all other requirements for the Low Price Guarantee. All payments will be made in the same form of payment the reservation was booked with, within 7-10 business days of verification.
