Zagrivko suggested the idea of creating a central square in Novosibirsk. Beginning in 1926, the square began to form (first as a parking for transport in front of the "Business House", and then, since 1931, as a square in front of the building of a monetary bank, as well as in the future theater of ballet and opera).
