In Listvyanka you'll visit a local Baikal museum that also has a set of aquariums. All exhibits are dedicated to the origin and the history of the lake, its flora and fauna, geological structure, climate and tectonics of Pribaikalye. Among other objects you will see stuffed birds and animals and a collection of minerals as well as models of the lake bed showing its history, the peculiarities of its shoreline and bottom. Since 2004 11 aquariums have become a part of the living exhibition. It also includes one representative of the mammals, the Baikal Seal. 

Your guide will show you the famous Shaman Rock and tell you the legend about the wild Angara River. Walk up to a nearby view point. There you’ll get a chance to take panoramic pictures of Baikal from above.

Enjoy your visit to a local 19th century wooden St.Nicolas church and a local fish market where you’ll see a great variety of fish. Listvyanka Village is an ideal destination for a remarkable and truly unique experience in Russia.

St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is one of the few preserved architectural monuments in Listvyanka. The building dates from the middle of the century before last. Such buildings in Russia were called the "octagon on the quadrangle". A wooden two-tiered church with belfries is very beautiful and majestic. Baikal : Shaman Stone
Shaman Stone is a rock near the source of the Angara, a natural monument of the Pribaikalsky National Park and also a sacred place of shamanists. This is one of the symbols of Lake Baikal.
