        Graduated from the St Petersburg State Academy of Culture as a Choral Conductor in 1994, and then in 2006 from the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov St Petersburg State Conservatoire, where she studied under Irina Taymanova and Viktor Goncharenko, as a Director of Musical Theatre. 

From 2001 to 2005, Olga Malikova trained in St Petersburg Conservatoire State Theatre of Opera and Ballet. In 2005 she became a Director in the theatre, and she worked there until 2007. 

In 2007 - 2008, Olga Malikova has been the Chief Director of the Voronezh State Theatre of Opera and Ballet. 

Olga Malikova's productions include Puccini's Tosca (St Petersburg Conservatory Theatre of Opera and Ballet, 2006), Rimsky-Korsakov's Christmas Eve (Voronezh Theatre of Opera and Ballet, 2007 - the production was nominated for the finals of the Golden Mask (Moscow) and Musical Heart of Theatre (Moscow) festivals, Verdi's Rigoletto (Voronezh Theatre of Opera and Ballet, 2007), Musorgsky's Marriage (Yusupov Palace Theatre, St Petersburg, 2008), and Rimsky-Korsakov's May Night (Yoshkar-Ola Theatre of Opera and Ballet, 2008).
