Cancellation fee depends on the cancellation date, as follows:
1. More than 90 days before departure date - no cancellation fee.
2. From 60 to 90 days before departure date - 10% of the tour price.
3. From 30 to 59 days before departure date - 25% of the tour price.
4. Less than 30 days before departure date - no refund (100% cancellation fee). 

In case of cancellation in less than 30 days before departure date we recommend you to let us know. We will do our best (but without any obligation) to cancel some parts of the tour package. In case of successfull cancellation, we will provide you partial refund.

Once an itinerary is confirmed, any changes made from 60 to 90 days before the departure date will incur an additional fee of US$25 per person. Changes made 59 days or less before the departure date will incur an additional US$50 per person fee.
Changes made more than 90 days before the departure date are free of charge.

Cancellation policy for River Cruises

Cancellation fee is to be deducted from the amount of money transferred as an advance payment. The amount of cancellation fee is as following:

In case of:
- cancellation in more than 69 days before the tour date – 10% (non-refundable payment) of the tour price;
- cancellation in period from 69 days to 60 days before the tour date – 25% of of the tour price;
- cancellation in period from 59 days to 50 days before the tour date – 50% of the tour price;
- cancellation in period from 49 days to 31 days before the tour date – 75% of the tour price;
- cancellation in less than 31 days before the tour date – 100% of the tour price
