Set Designer

Recipient of the prizes Triumph (2002), Crystal Turandot (2005) and The Seagull (2005).
Graduated from the theatre and set design department of the Grekov Arts School (1985).
Has worked at the Vologda Young Spectators? Theatre (1987-1989), the Krasnodar Drama Theatre (1989-1990) and the Rostov Regional Academic Youth Theatre from 1990, where he was Principal Designer for twelve years.

Has worked regularly with Kirill Serebrennikov since 1995 in theatre and cinema (designer on the TV series Rostov-Papa). In Moscow, together with Kirill Serebrennikov, he has worked on productions of Plasticine (Centre of Drama and Directing under Alexander Kazantsev and Mikhail Roshchina), Some Explicit Polaroids (Pushkin Theatre), Sweet Bird of Youth and The Naked Pioneer (Sovremennik Theatre), The Demon (814 Theatre Association), Terrorism, Meshane, Portraying a Victim, The Forest and The Golovlevs (Chekhov MKhAT).
