3-hour dog-sled ride (3 hours)
Dog-sledding trips can be a highlight of your Baikal visit.
This dog-sledding ride starts from the central part of Listvyanka - Krestovka valley - and leads through the Taiga forest along the Krestovka River. Before the tour starts, your experienced and qualified guide will provide you with all the required instructions on how to drive a dog-sledding. As soon as you are done with instructions, you will finally have your unique chance to explore the beauty and extreme of this unforgettable ride.
When you reach the bottom of the Cherskogo rock, the guide will cook a lunch on a camp-fire for you. While the instructor is cooking a lunch for you, you'll have a chance to pat the dogs. Before you continue your tour, get warm with hot tea and delicious lunch.
After lunch and some rest, you’ll get to the top of the Cherskogo rock and start an enjoyable down-hill ride back to Listvyanka.
The whole tour takes about 3 hours during which you will not only see masterpieces created by Siberian nature but also will have a chance to get to know a lot of interesting things about the region.
To enjoy this ride with all your heart, you’ll need to dress warm. It will be better if you wear warm and non-tight clothes, gloves, non-slip flat shoes, and a balaklava. You’ll be also given a warm one-piecer, jacket, and gloves.
