On the eve of the New Year holiday, December 31, a landmark event for lovers of classical music will take place at the State Kremlin Palace: the New Strauss-Gala New Year's concert. The program will feature works of the legendary dynasty of Viennese composers the Strausses, authors of operettas and a host of waltzes, poles, marches, gallops, and quadrilles.
 
The last evening of 2018, until the cherished chimes is not long... The time of miracles comes.
We invite you to see the parting year off to the sounds of the fascinating music of the brilliant composer. On December 31, the New Year Eve gala concert “Magic Strauss” will be held on the stage of the State Kremlin Palace.
Conductor - Peter Guth (Austria).
Moscow Symphony orchestra "Russian Philharmonic".
Soloists - Daria Zykova (soprano) and Aleksei Tatarintsev (tenor).
Charming waltzes, incendiary sparkling polkas and delightful duets will create a wonderful mood of the New Year Eve.
The concert program will feature famous works of the legendary dynasty of the Viennese composers the Strausses, who are the authors of many operettas and waltzes, polkas, marches, gallops, and quadrilles.
The extravaganza will be performed to the accompaniment of the Moscow Symphony orchestra "Russian Philharmonic", which needs no introduction – it is known as "Factory of Good Mood" for its unusual projects, including classics and rock, video installations, and dance shows. The famous Austrian violinist and conductor Peter Guth, who has toured in many countries and performed with famous Symphony orchestras, conducts the orchestra.
