Day 1: GLIMPSES OF THE PAST.HISTORICAL RETROSPECTIVE

This is walking city tour. Have a walk round the Historical Square of Ekaterinburg city! Enjoy the picturesque view of Iset River and its Dam – the place where the city began! You’ll find lots of interesting architectural monuments on the main 1905 Revolution Square and learn about Ekaterinburg’s history! The monument to the Founders of the city, Coin Yard, Sevastyanov Estate, Lenin Monument, the City Hall and other places of interest will attract you with their beauty and historical spirit! By the end of the tour you are welcome to visit the Museum of Regional Studies. Ticket price is included. (guiding, 2,5 hours)

Day 2: A TOUCH TO CULTURE OF EKATERINBURG

If you are interested in culture, history and literary of Russia – this tour is surely for you! You’ll see the highest place in Ekaterinburg – Ascension Hill with its churches. You are welcome to enjoy attractive Kharitonov Park and learn about Kharitonov Manor House which is one of the most beautiful architectural monuments of the city. You’ll visit a legendary Cathedral on the Blood – ex-Ipatyev’s house where the last Tsar family was imprisoned and brutally murdered. The tour ends with the walking round Literary Quarter with several Ural writers’ Estates and visiting one of them. (guiding, 2,5 hours)

Day 3: HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF EKATERINBURG

You’ll start this excursion from the most monumental ensemble in Ekaterinburg of Ural State Technical University and hear a captivating story of Boris Yeltsin’s success in politics. Then you’ll ride by the Ural State University, the most academic among all universities, see beautiful classic building of Ural State Conservatory and a little bit old-fashioned red brick Ural State Academy of Geology and Mining. (guiding, transport, 2,5 hours)

Day 4: EXCURSION TO MUSEUM OF GEOLOGY

This is walking tour to the best Museum of Geology in Russia. It is located in an Academy of Geology, the oldest University in Ekaterinburg. You are welcome to enjoy all the beauties of minerals which could be found in the Ural’s nature. The collection was exhibited in Germany, USA, Great Britain and Greece. It consists of 160 different minerals. The museum also exhibits beautiful cutting works of the Ural’s stones. Ticket price is included. (guiding, 3 hours)
