Gorodetsky carrot differs from other Russian gingerbread as its pattern, shape and recipe, and all these secrets you can learn in the Museum. Here are the collection of cakes from around the world, the separate exposition tells about the technology of their manufacture and the secrets of the recipe, a lot of places are molds for making cakes, and most of them are unique. And of course, in the Museum you can buy a real Gorodetsky carrot. Overall the Museum is interesting and worth a visit, but keep in mind that it is very small.
