Kamennie Palatki

Stone tents are granite rocks, which are located in the Shartash park.

There are two versions of the origin of the rocks, one of which is a sanctuary built several hundred thousand years ago by the Atlantean giants. According to the second version, it is the rocks formed as a result of the centuries-old destruction of the mountains under the regular impact of rain, wind and melting snow. The entrance to the stone tents is decorated with a half-cut sphere, passing through which, you get on the ladder leading upwards. At the beginning of the 20th century, meetings of the Bolsheviks took place here. That is why the monument to Sverdlov, who often performed on stone tents, is depicted on a similar rock. Moreover, archaeologists have found primitive sites in this area. At the top of the tents, you can see the residential quarters and the amphitheater. From tents you can walk to Lake Shartash.
