Cape Kadilny is located in a picturesque place on the western coast of Lake Baikal.
Earlier in these places, the limestone was burned (cadils), from which the surrounding rocks were built, from where the cape got its name. Not far from the shore are the caves where the sites of an ancient Neolithic man were found. Also here you can see whole fields of high altitude Edelweiss. At Cape Kadilny there is a tourist base with a bath. Cape Kadilny belongs to the territory of the Baikal National Park.
